Extraction Systems

Controls for extraction systems ensure that dust generated at processing machines is reliably extracted according to the technical regulations for hazardous substances or materials (TRGS 553).
They recognize the operating status of a machine by measuring the current consumption in the distribution. This reduces installation effort. Simple starting mechanisms activate the central extraction as soon as at least one of up to 12 machines is switched on. More complex devices optimize functionality by opening dampers in the extraction channels only where machines are in operation. This improves the extraction performance, saves energy and provides significant savings potential in implementing measures according to Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/EU.
